We manage rental homes in Edmonton and Calgary, and we run them the way we’d want to rent one ourselves. Straight answers, an application you can finish on your phone, and a team that picks up.
Renting shouldn’t be the hardest part of moving. Most of what makes it painful — unanswered messages, viewings that never get booked, a deposit you argue about a year later — is a process problem, and process is something we can fix.
So we book viewings online, take applications in minutes, and write down the condition of every suite on the way in and the way out. You should always know where you stand.

See it before you commit
Book a viewing online and an agent meets you there. Every listing shows the real rent, what utilities cost on top, and when the suite is free.
Apply from your phone
The application takes a few minutes and you can upload documents from your camera roll. You will hear back on where it stands rather than being left guessing.
A move-in you can point at
We walk the suite with you and photograph its condition room by room. You get a copy. At move-out we do the same walk, so the deposit conversation is about a record you have both seen.
One place for everything after
Rent, receipts and maintenance requests all live in the tenant portal. Report something and it reaches the person who fixes it, not an inbox nobody reads.
